What can I say that hasn't already been said about this short book? Ta-Nehisi Coates (pronounced Tah-nuh-Hah-see) writes non-fiction like a poet; it's beautiful to read (or in this case, hear, noting the audiobook is read by the author.) Profound, important, and beautiful. I may not agree with all his points but that doesn't take away from this treatise to his son and to Americans.
