Series note This novella introduces the characters of Forensic anthropologist, Kelsey Quinn, and Navy SEAL, Gabe Brewer, and provides the necessary background for their full-length book - Scorched.
Kelsey and Gabe are appealing characters and their dynamics are entertaining. It is fun watching them try to deny their attraction and finally succumb.

Read this novella in an anthology. The hero was OK; the heroine had at least one TSTL moment.
