Despite being first printed almost a century ago, this book contains a wealth of knowledge about interpersonal communication that is still relevant today. It should be required reading for ANYONE who will interact with other people in some way during their lives. (Reclusive hermits may not find anything of interest here, but even they might learn a bit about human nature and their own intentions and motivations.)
