What Members Thought
An excellent breath of fresh air. And a constant surprise at how different the movie painted this book than what it actually is. It might also be that I had to be of this age and at this point in my life to fully get it. Very insightful and meditative at times. Funny and painful at the same time. Not too shallow but not pretentious. I'm disappointed it counts as chick-lit. It's not what I'd call it.

I had tried reading this book twice previously, and could never seem to get past the "EAT" part. I finally picked this book back up at the end of the summer and was determined to finish it.
Although "EAT" and "LOVE" were my favorites, I thoroughly enjoyed the entire book. Unlike others, I did not find Liz to be annoying. It's a great read that all 20-something's should read at least once.
Will I pick it up and reread it in the future? No, probably not. But, I might choose to read bits and pieces ...more
