After reading this book I wanted to go to India and visit an Ashram, it is now on my bucket list! I can so relate with everything but the divorce part in this memoir. I read it during a profound shift in my own life which gave it even more meaning to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Although some parts were too drawn out (India), I found myself laughing out loud through most of it. Yes, she is fortunate enough to have the luxury of taking a year off to travel & experience what she has, but how many of us, if given the opportunity would actually do it? I found her to be brave and genuinely out to better herself. When we take care of ourselves, we can better take care of our loved ones, and have more fulfilled relationships overall. This is the
