I went and bought this novel after hearing Selma Hayek rave about it, so glad I did. A Beautifully written work of art on life, death and mankind. This story has it all Love, Greed, Lust, War, etc. and so amazingly stitched together. It's an experience reading One Hundred Years of Solitude worth having.

Paragraphs would’ve helped me a lot here. It’s not terrible but I’m going with two stars because I just didn’t care. About anyone. Forcing myself to read the book just to finish a book is never a good sign for me. Not a reread, not a keeper.
