What Members Thought
I read the book and then watched the movie directly after. They are very similar, except in the movie a great deal is missing from Robbie's time in WWII and so of course it is changed a bit. Also, as great as the movie was (James McAvoy especially portrayed Robbie very truthfully) it was a bit more obvious with a certain character which really took away from the story. I have to say that I would have preferred Atonement to end at the end of the third segment and if I read it again I'll surely sk
