What Members Thought
This book certainly gave me an appreciation of the torturously tedious process of developing the Oxford English Dictionary, and I found that interesting. In the end, though, this is a relatively small story and even though it was a quick read, it still felt like the author was trying to draw it out so that it would warrant a full book. But it is a quick, interesting glimpse into how our language has developed so I would recommend it.
