Just kidding, but GOD IS THERE ANY BOOK BOYFRIEND BETTER THAN HIM ? (There’s only one correct answer to that: no.) (BUT Johnny Kavanagh does make a close second..)

HE’S JUST SO PERFECT 😭. I would marry him in half a second, nevermind the fact that he’s with Paedyn. IT’S OFFICIAL TILL FEARLESS THEREFORE I AM NOT A HOMEWRECKER. At this point, I'm so in love i’ll even be his side chick. I DON’T CAREEEEE. And omigosh Shakespeare has been REAL quiet since Kai entered this world 😍.

Powerless has officially altered my BRAIN CHEMISTRY. I can’t even LOOK at forget-me-nots without giggling. (I’m being so serious, the other day a photo of a forget me not flower came up during class and my friend and I took one look at each other and laughed our asses off.) Also, is it concerning i have like, half the book memorised ?

Every single Kai-Kitt scene after finishing the series was like being PUNCHED. OVER AND OVER AND OVER- Lauren I will never. EVER. forgive you for this. It’s seriously heartbreaking to see their relationship and how it cracked because of Kai’s feelings for Paedyn (SEE Kai ? You wouldn’t have this problem with me !) but all jokes aside, their brotherly dynamic was just the most adorable, heart warming thing ever. In an alternate universe, Kitt gives up the throne to Kai and Paedyn, stops being controlled by his DICK of a dad, and they all live HAPPILY EVER AFTER. THAT is what was supposed to happen. Not that HORROR SHOW THAT HAUNTED ME FOR WEEKS AFTER (a.k.a. The ending of Fearless.)

I just realised I’ve literally written nothing about Paedyn in here… Well, all you really need to know is that SHE IS AN ICON A DIVA A QUEEN AND A BAD FUCKING BITCH. (And also the bitch that stole my man butttttt…)

Now, Adena deserves a whole 5 pages written in this review about her, butttt i spent all my space ranting about how much i love Kai, so I WILL GIVE HER ALL HER APPRECIATION IN POWERFUL I PROMISE PLEASE DON’T COME AT ME GUYS.

Okay it’s finally time to write my review. I’m so sorry to my Powerless girlies, but this book was the most generic, typical romantasy book ever. There was a knife to the throat scene every two pages. It became cringey 😅 at least 5 “who did this to you” scenes. Every time she was injured, “I’ll see you soon father”, referring to her dead father. Lots of dancing. A mini love triangle. Forbidden love. Rivals. Any trope and music no trope was thrown into this book making it a big mush of tropes. An ...more

It was an amazing, captivating ya book that I really enjoyed. The characters were captivating and I am so excited to read the novella. Definitely recommend reading it.
