I was very pleasantly surprised at the serious content in this book and how the author handled the very delicate subject of teenagers battling and being overcome by the horrible C-word. I can speak Voldemort's name before I can speak the name of that heinous disease.

There is real meat to this book and it is very well presented and placed. All the characters are well-written and believable. The progression of the plot is steady and has a well-placed twist. This twist is part of what makes this st ...more
