Loved Adeline and Elias's story so much I read it twice!

I was taken surprise by how much I loved this book. I won a copy of the audiobook in a Facebook giveaway, but I decided to buy the book to read along with the narration (which was excellent in case you're an audiobook lover). I didn't know much about the book going into it, hadn't even read the blurb, but I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I actually read it twice within the same month.

Shelves: devoured, second-chance-love

Claire Contreras has always been one of my favorite authors to read! She always brings us a swoon worthy story that will make you fall in love and this time she takes us to a place where a regular girl can fall in love with a soon to be king. Claire is one of the few authors I drop everything for. I don't even need to read the blurb. I go in head first knowing that I am going to love it. Claire brought me my very favorite book boyfriend, Cole Murphy. And this book....Claire is trying to give Cole a run for his money with Elias.

This was an attempt to get me out of a reading slump read. And I believe it worked. It wasn’t the greatest of reads. It was just a short and easy one to try and get me back on track. There really were no strong feelings for me personally.
