Little wolf, little wolf...
I didn't really connect with the third book. Out of all the three in this series thus far I liked it the least. Despite everything it was still really good. I just love the authors writing style and the way he writes the characters. I'm a sucker for angsty stories. Heartsong is definitely more on the non angsty side, but still heart-breaking at times. I ended up really enjoying this as I have the books in this series, but I was honestly confused at the beginning trying to figure out what's the timeline. Thankfully it was cleared up pretty quickly.
The bad guys really messed with Robbie's mind and then put the whammy on Kelly.
As always there was never a dull moment while dealing with the residents of Green Creek, but the romance was lacking for me this time around. It seemed more tell than show. ...more
