This book was good. It’s well written. Better than Pestilence IMO. But Miriam isn’t the smartest cookie. War is somewhere between a Dax Lahn and Jericho Barrons but still his own thing. I don’t love him like those two. Four stars.

There are some mixed feelings when it comes to this book. On one hand, I really did like and enjoy it… however I wasn’t thrilled by it. Like there was no drive to pick it up because I just HAD to read it. When I was reading it however, I was all in.
