I went back and forth on what rating to give this book. On one hand, I really enjoyed it, even loved parts of it...but on the other hand, I had issues (I think that's the first time I've said that about a LJ Shen book, but I'll explain below).

This was surprisingly fantastic. Surprisingly because I’m not into the whole high school drama scene, but I was curious to see how the hot holes would be as parents. Mel and Jaimie are the parents of Daria princess bully (in a book filled with bullies)and surprisingly I was team Daria from the beginning. I love her character growth as the story enfolded and Jaimie as her dad was awesome. This book is phenomenal. LJ Shen is an amazing author and really pulls you into the story. The main characters were interesting and dynamic. I devoured this book in a day. You won’t regret this purchase!
