I absolutely loved this book! Both Liam and Em were perfect for each other, were mature with none of that ridiculous manufactured drama and histrionics.
There was no unnecessary other men or women, no ridiculous "misunderstandings or miscommunication", instead I got one hell of a read that kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish.
For me this is the best book in the series so far, it was just bloody awesome. JW you have become an auto buy author for me.

For some reason, Devil's Game felt more like a long chase to me. While I found Hunter to be very sexy, it wasn't enough. I liked Hunter and Em's journey but it just seemed to drag on. The author does make a notation in the foreword about Devil's Game reading more like a new adult book and she was right. For me, the new adult theme just went on too long. Plus, the subplot involving the cartel should have been more developed. Sadly, this one left me lukewarm.

To say that Picnic is a bit overprotective is an understatement. Em loves her father dearly, but just wants a little bit of ‘normalcy’ in her life. None of the men in the MC are willing to anger her dad by dating her. So - Em has decided to stop waiting around and is planning to rid herself of her virginity o

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: Listen up, if you haven't yet read Ruger and Sophie's story in Reaper's Legacy, then you need to do so BEFORE moving on to Em's story. There is a storyline in book #2 that carries over into this book. I know a lot of times these books can be read as stand alones, this is not one of them. So, don't bxtch about it, just do it. Trust me, Ruger is hot and his story is pretty damn worth it.
This book will be told through the POV's of both Em and Hunter/Liam.
