I freely admit that this book scared me. I didn't have good luck with Reaper's Property (I was in the minority)...so when this book came out, while I wanted to read it, I put it off because I didn't think it would work for me.
So, I skipped it and read book three in the series (Devil's Game). And it was good. It gave me the courage to go back and try this one. And what do you know...I LOVED IT! This is my first 5 star read by this author and in this series.

Was it just me or did Sophie drive you batshit crazy at times? In all, it was a good read it lacked the

Sophie got on my nerves. She was really judgmental and stuck up. It bothered me to no end and I really wanted to punch her in the throat.
I loved this book and really enjoyed Horse again.
