4⭐️ Starting February with this read was probably my best choice so far. It was really slow burn in the beggining and to be honest that nearly throufh me off but i’m so proud of myself for continuing to read on because it was a very insightful and enjoyable read.

What is this masterpiece? I have gone through so many emotions reading this book and right after finishing it, I felt empty. That’s how good of a book it is. I find myself in Hazel in ways I never imagined. It’s not often that I would give a book 5 stars but it just is that good. Love it when a book has a badass female lead.

This is 4 or 5 stars for me. I've really gone back and forth on it because I liked it, but the ending wasn't my fave. BUT, I also think the ending was very intentional. Maybe book 2 will make this ending better? I'm settling on rating it actually 5 stars because I don't feel it should suffer from my uncertainty.

That being said, I really did like this book. If you want something with Gothic vibes, this book is definitely for you. It kinda gives me Stalking Jack the Ripper and Frankenstein vibes, ...more
