this book is a strangely unique portrait about consuming love and it’s consequences for the human being, and i enjoyed the shakespearean touch and mystery a lot with all these complex and interesting characters. the ending was extremely shocking, and i’m a little bit mad about it because—really??? how am i supposed to live with this open ending? i’m just going to pretend that everything will be okay because my boy definitely deserves it for everything he’s done.
