I began The Maze Runner excitedly, hoping for an equally enjoyable, dystopian adventure. I read this book because many people recommended it and I wanted to watch the film. The plot has its moments in which it was very engaging and there were moments when I wanted to just get on with it. James Dashner has an interesting premise and I've liked it better than other books that have received tons of hype recently. I recommend this book, but it's not going to become the next fandom I'm obsessed with.
