This book picked up after the first book, Jaded. Bryce left to Spain to play soccer in Europe and Sheldon and Corrigan went with him. Then when Corrigan’s mother got diagnosed with cancer Corrigan returned home and so did Sheldon shortly after. That move told us all we needed to know about the whole mood for the second book in this series. Everything was a mess before, but now everything is sloppy and pretty much up in the air and everyone’s guess.

I hate how much struggles sheldon has to go through. I mean just imagine if you have to choose between 2 person who had been with you for God-knows-how-long and you love both of them and both are helplessly so-fuck-ing-at-trac-tive. Then there's this fucking model, annoying-as-hell agents, stupid manager, a jealous friend, bitchy groupies, police officers, a fucking dead guy who was once obsessed to you and then Danton Steele, Mena, Carolina, and blah blah blah

I left a gap between Jaded and this book because I knew the next book would take a while to come out, but I wish I hadn't because it took me a few chapters to get back into the characters. After that I really enjoyed it. ...more
