But the rest of the characters sucked. Mainly the main character's family and ex boyfriend. I keep trying with this author and books outside the Fallen Crest Series. But none of them have been as good. This book was just bad soap opera.

Another great read by Tijan. Danielle O'Hara has finally returned home. She left 10 years ago after she found out that her best friend/boyfriend Jake had been cheating on her with her younger sister Erica. Jake had been the only one really keeping her in town, so she finally left.

Dani got away from her family and she wanted to find out who she was and where she belonged. She almost died in a Tsunami and she has nightmares/panic attacks from memories of dead and dying children. She feels utterly ...more

I liked this book I hated jake absolutely thought he was the sickest dude out gross 3 sisters really OMG what a creep loved Jonah from the start he made this book better for me Dani was complicated you had to peel back the layers which Jonah did very well a bit rushed at the end would of liked more about Jonah and Dani but still good read definitely interested in Kate and Robbies book too
