I realize that we weren't in Fallen Crest but we are in their world and it was fantastic. This book takes place in Roussou and has Heather and Channing in it. The story is all about Channing's little sister Bren and her Crew. It had all the same feelings you got while reading Fallen Crest. I loved the concept behind the Crew. Once again, Tijan writes an absolutely amazing story!!! She is my go-to YA author. While I don’t read much YA, I will drop everything for this author. She knows how to draw her readers in, and she never disappoints. With Crew, I felt like I was reading one of my favorite series by her but with all new characters to fall deeply in love with. While this is an entirely new series, we see some special characters from past books. I really enjoyed seeing how they have grown.

I always love the way Tijan writes her characters, I've yet to read one of her books without getting so absorbed in the characters and their story that I feel like I'm right there with them. Bren and Cross are just like that, you feel their pain, their wants, their happiness, you just feel it all and want so much for it all to work out..... this one had me on the OMG's to WOWza and then the JUMPING up and DOWN DANCING!
