There’s just something about Ryan’s Bed
I started reading this as one of Tijan’s WattPad submissions and couldn’t wait to read more.
Ryan’s Bed was nothing like what I’d expect from one of Tijan’s books and yet everything I’d expect from one of her books. Maybe it’s just in the way I FELT all the emotions of Mackenzie through the words I read. I was twisted up in all sorts of balls of emotion. Another killer from Tijan. Love her writing and she dreams up amazing characters and storylines. Does not disappoint
The messages in this book are powerful and are somethings that are so so important to be spoken about. Not to glorify suicide but really start to tackle the effects of it on those left behind.
TIjan tackles lots of issues including (but not limited to) grief and loss, family relationships and break downs , anger , despair ,bullying , the pressure on teens in schools and just socially as well
But also friendship, love , growth , healing and most of all HOPE .

A journey of healing
When Tijan shared chapters of this book, I eagerly awaited for each installment. Now with the whole book read, I can honestly say that the final book as a whole is so great; a story so touching that it will stay with me for a long time.
