Outstanding. Well-written complex plot. Likeable characters. The protagonist owns an ice cream shop in the small college town where she grew up. Author skillfully blends local Texas customs with town-gown tensions. There are a mix of motives and suspects and plenty of red herrings. The motive and the murderer are not as simple as it first appears. Highly recommended.
