Was Julian a little cringe? Yes. Would I slap any guy who gave me a nickname like ‘Crimson’? Yes. But, did I lowkey eat it up? Also yes. Mind your business, OK. I was having a weak moment.

I liked this book more than I thought I would because all I’ve heard was that it was dull and boring. I actually enjoyed the writing tbh. I will say, it was VERY predictable. Like, I predicted almost everything.

I can’t wait to see what the other two books are like because I’ve heard they’re better than this one ...more

One of my favorite reads this year!!!

I LOVED every second of this. I seriously have no critiques because everything was perfect. Stephanie Garber has such a way with writing that just captured my attention and made me fall in love with the world she created. The book itself was gorgeous and the pages were so pretty!!

i'm rereading this series because 1) it's a comfort series and 2) i'm getting ready for when the ballad of never after comes out. i still love this book and it is still in my absolute favorites books.

i meann this started out sooooooo good like literally up until page 300 it kinda started going downhill?? Many many many plot twists that were entertaining but confusing. it will have you questionning your whole existence!!
