i really liked the book
but it didn't live up to the hype
and let's be honest, this book is not an "enemies to lovers", they were kissing on page 3

This was a cute book- loved it💕

It is a LGBTQ+ international affair; first women president; politics and scandal.

McQuiston wrote this love story beautifully.The characters are awesome. Sweet and witty; lovely and adorable. They are also full of ideas, plans,knowledge.

Henry and Alex are charming and appealing ; both passionate; intelligent; burden with their high profile families.

I love this book with all my heart. These characters hold a special place in my heart in I'm so happy I picked up this book for the first time last May. Right now I'm reading this book for the third time, and I can't express how happy it's making me. This book will forever be a favorite and everyone better read it.

This rating is hard for me one part of me wants to give this book a high rating but the other half wants to lower it slightly. I am going to settle for 4.25 stars for now this is subject to change.

I don’t have a rating for now or time to write a review.

Believe me when I say, I normally despise romcoms.
But there I was, finishing this hilarious, intelligent and lovely novel, in about a week. I devoured it. Without any shame because it was simply that enjoyable.

It feels like a wattpad story which was brushed up, the language improved, some politics delicately intwined, and here it is now. With my five star rating.

This book was definitely one of my favorite reads. I loved all the characters and the writing was good. There wasn’t that much smut but there were sweet chapters that showed how much they adored each other. At times it was hard for me to read but that’s just because I don’t necessarily understand politics. I would 100% recommend it to read ❤️

This was such a wholesome story, aghhh. I was rooting for them from the beginning, and I ship them so, so much!! Honestly, I've never read any romance like this before, and when I was reading this, I realised how much I'm missing out haha.
