This assessment tool and the gifts that it holds is a MUST. I use results to collaborate with people and companies who complement me rather than are just like me.
For women especially, knowing your strengths gives you permission to embrace them and then go out into the world and collaborate and celebrate them, all without feeling narcissistic. More like empowered.

Really liked the intro, and my favorite lesson learned is "you cannot be anything you want to be - but you can be a lot more of who you already are"
Also, the assessment results were right on the nose, and theme descriptions are very informative, because they don't only describe your strength, but also, describe how to deal with people who have certain dominant strengths. Also, how every strength comes with pros and cons. ...more
