Fable is Alosa just in a different universe. She's sneaky and also kind of bloodthirsty, and we live for that. She thinks her father has left her completely alone, but that's not true because he has eyes and ears everywhere, but I'm thinking, would he have intervened if she was really close to dying, or would he have left her to die because no one is worthy of being his child if they can't even survive on their own. There's a little bit of romance in this book (emphasis on little), but it's real ...more
