This book is so cute!
I loved the writing style. It was so simple and basic and that was the thing that made it beautiful.
The book was basic. There wasn’t anything special there but I still found it joyful.
Their friendship, their CONVERSATIONS I loved it so much.

I picked this book solely based on its title(no one said we can't judge a book by its title anyway). It was not what I expected, but the book is really good. Most of it happens inside Ari's head so, it's genuine, and kinda reflected my thoughts in some way. Overall it was an amazing experience. ...more

I LOVE ARI AND DANTE SO MUCH! The fact that for most of this book Ari is entirely clueless makes me want to hit him over the head, but he's just too lovable. The way that Dante has such an impact on Ari in those initial summer months practically proves that they are mean't to have each other in their lives. I enjoyed reading how Ari interacted with his other friends from school, and I thought it was very sweet how supportive they were. I had an immense boost in serotonin levels when I read this. ...more
