Actually, no, that's not all.

Let's get one thing straight - this book is SO much better than Shadow and Bone so if u didn't like S&B, I'm begging you, don't let this stop u to read this one too! I didn't like Shadow and Bone that much yet I still gave a chance to this one.

This was probably my fourth time trying to read and get into this book after almost an year of attempts and I did it. I finally finished it. *sighs*
I READ SIX OF CROWS Y'ALL. I MADE IT THROUGH!
I had a feeling that I wasn't enjoying this enough what with all the hype surrounding the book and all the 5 star reviews glaring at me.
But I liked it. I did.

i got so emotionally attached, it’s not even funny. i’m talking ALL the feels. i cried more for this book than the entirety of the shadow and bone trilogy. the characters and the writing are a huge step up from shadow and bone, which was a relief. i found it hard to get into, but once you’re in, you’re IN. it was fast paced, and i adored every single character, but also where’s the mf wylan pov. i feel like leigh did a good job with not making token poc characters or token lgbtq characters and i ...more

I will never be able to rate it less than five not even a point. It has become one of my favourite books. I don't have any words to describe my love for this book. 𝙄 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙨𝙤 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝, 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 ⒼⒾⒹⒹⓎ!!!

Leigh Bardugo wrote a masterpiece. She really did a fascinating job. I think she is gonna be one of my favourite authors😁😁😁

Why must you do this to me?

Two Very Important Things We Must Understand Before Proceeding

1) I need the next book. And by need, I mean now. But I'm ranting here so maybe give me twenty minutes.

I just love this book too much for a review to do it justice.
But I have to write something about Inej, or I might just explode very messily over my computer.
She’s such a perfect female role model. Fierce, determined, skilled. And yet, through all of that fire, she’s still kind. That’s what really makes her character unique — she’s a nice person, despite her thirst for revenge. Nice wasn’t a thing in the Dregs before her (sorry, Kaz).
