This is a book about how to spot problems with the facts you encounter, problems that may lead you to draw the wrong conclusions - critical skills that we need today since we're blasted with information in a society based on conspicuous consumption. This book is definitely needed and should be required reading. With the proliferation of fake news, consumer marketing, and shaky trial verdicts all around us, this book provides you the mathematical, verbal, and scientific reasoning tools necessary to parse through the deluge of information we encounter on daily basis.
