What Members Thought
This book was so heavy and so good. Family drama with multiple generations and POVs. I loved Bunny and Elly and Covey, and my heart broke each time something bad happened to them. The ending was such a nice bow on the story! I also want to try black cake very badly.
I really enjoyed this book - switching between time periods and family history ♥️
I don't know how I keep picking family dramas lately when the really aren't my wheelhouse. However, this one wasn't bad. There was really a lot of different layers to this one. The family, the many different locations, the side stories, the culture. It all draws you in.
