What Members Thought
The end was horrific. Please don't read this. The unethical studies she describes in great detail at the end aren't even needed to further her story and it's so ugly. It's wrecked me.

This needed....roughly 18% less, I think, for it to feel fully successful to me. It just felt, consistently, like if the author had edited a little bit more, it would have been more impactful. The information was mostly interesting, the illustrations worked well, it just became too much, and I found myself skimming rather than fully reading.
