4.5 rounded up.
I really loved this one. Robin’s writing is gorgeous (a little overly-poetic at times - be aware if that’s not your style). It took me awhile to get through as some of the stories were more scientifically in-depth than I was interested in.
Braiding Sweetgrass makes me want to be outside and kind and thankful and aware and I plan to reread several essays to make sure I continue to do my best for our planet and those that live on it.
