Obligatory re-read before (and during) the show comes out. Loved it just as much the second time as I did the first time. Cried at all the same parts. This is easily one of my favorite books of all time.
Loved the documentary style and characters of the book. It was slow and steady and made it another winner in my Taylor Jenkins Reid binge. I love how she writes messy people in a beautiful way.
I'm not sure that I would have enjoyed this book so thoroughly had I not listened to the audiobook. Each character had their own voice actor and each was excellent, and I can't help but think this book is a script, meant to be heard out loud.
Karen's actor was significantly younger than the others, which was a little jarring, especially at the end.

Another great book from Taylor Jenkins Reid. She is 3 for 3 with me now. Malibu Rising, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and now Daisy Jones and The Six. It took me back to the 70s and those great rock concerts and the reminder that even stars have issues. I can't wait to read more by hear.
