I'm not a big fan of southern fiction but this story was well-written and had really great characters. I enjoyed the mystery.

This book started a little slow for me. I picked it up for a book club session with the author, so I thought I would keep it up until the meeting. After about 50 pages, I got pulled in and would be excited to pick it up each night.
