I loved this book. It was laugh out loud funny and very sexy. I appreciate older heroes and heroines who can still find love. I also really liked the side characters.

This was a good romance, though it took me a while to get through it. A bit long, so I got bored a little in the middle. The ending was enticing. And, the epilogue was perfect. There is also a bonus epilogue to download at the end. I always enjoy a good rom-com, but I really didn’t laugh out loud much, even though the heroine was a hoot. But, maybe that was just me. Ally Morales and Dominic Russo
The story starts with Dominic getting Ally fired from one of her many jobs, then his mother offering her a job while Ally is at the bus stop afterwards.
Why does Ally have so many jobs? She is taking care of her father, who is in assisted living due to having Alzheimer's. That part of the story pulled at my heart strings, because I can't imagine how hard it is to have a parent going through that, but to also struggle paying for their needs.

When a saw an excerpt for this book in an ad, I knew I just had to read these characters stories. So I bought a paperback copy and was pleasantly surprise how thick it was. I’m a fan of longer stories.
I loved both the main characters, Ally and Dominic. There were so many things going on in the book, I just couldn’t put it down.
