Really, really loved this series. I had some reservations about the hero at first but that lasted only until the middle. I quickly bought book two in the series.
Thanks Ms Michaels. I can't say how much I enjoyed this series. Yup bought them all off of Amazon. I was sad to see the story end. Scout and the homeless issue was written so well. I work at a library and see many homeless teenagers so this book went deep.

I had heard great things about this trilogy for ages, but hadn't gotten around to reading it for what to seemed to be the longest time. I was intrigued by Lucian and Evelyn / "Scout"'s story, and am even more intrigued on how events will come to pass.
There were a few odd moments in this one, but once I got past those, I really enjoyed the story. Lucian is quite the interesting character. Even more interesting than him were the secondary characters. Jamie and Lucian's sisters are charac ...more
