I just did a reread of this book. I think this is maybe my 5th read. It never gets old. The world building is masterful, the chemistry between Dragos and Pia perfect, the plot exiting, the romance compelling, and the cast of characters a joy. It is fun, tender, and full of adventure.
I love this book.
I love this book.
Thoroughly enjoyed this. It's funny and sexy and still manages to be sweet. Love the world building, the hero and the heroine, the supporting characters and the magic. Looking forward to reading the next book.

Great read.
Pia is my type of heroine: independent and kick-ass, no shrinking violent or damsel in distress.
Dragos is alpha to the core and my first, if I recall correctly, dragon shifter.
These two or total opposites in most ways, except where it counts. They are both fiercely loyal and honor bound.

WOW, I rarely rate a 5 star!!! This earned every 25 points. Pia is black mailed by her EX to steal anything belonging to Dragos, the most dangerous, part human, part Dragon. Drafos goes after her with a vengeance, but he's not the only one interested in her capture. Pia herself is half human and half Wyr and is somewhat aware of her capabilities. This is where the story begins. I found Harrison's descriptions of the senses most vivid. The use of adjectives most varied. For the first time I've re

Love love love this book!! It's got an amazing plot, fantastically unforgettable characters, including a gorgeous alpha male hero, and great humor. Plus it's really sexy! I want to keep gushing but I won't. Let me just say if you love paranormals and have a weakness for shapeshifters, you should really read this novel. Highly recommended.

LOVED this book. Buy the rest of the series!
** UPDATE ** REREAD, DECEMBER 2012
So for my book club, I reread this book and I loved it just as much the second go round. Pia, the main character, is an every girl. I think that's what I liked most about this book. It made sense. I know, that sounds stupid when you are considering it's a love story concerning a dragon shifter who is in love with a woman who shifts into a unicorn but, I'm saying it. The characters in this book were so loveable, you wan ...more
