My first by Skye Jordan and it was quite the ride. I want me some more Renegades and some more Rubi.
Lexi has worked her ass off to make her business a success. She is a beautiful woman who has been burned one to many times by rich and powerful men. She puts all of her focus on her work. That all changes when she sets eyes on Jax.

I really enjoyed this read...for some reason that I can't really explain this book reminded me of Anne Calhoun's Liberating Lacey...not a similar storyline but just had that feel about it for me. Not quite 5 stars for me like Liberating Lacey as the storyline a few far fetched events or moments when our MC's needed a serious kick up the backside...but the feeling I had whilst reading this book made me overlook any of that. I thought the first half of this book was completely fab. The second half kind of lost me due to all the indecisiveness on both Jax and Lexi's parts. I wanted to throttle them both a few times. Otherwise, I loved Jax so much and Lexi was a complete sweetheart. Can't wait for the next one. ...more

I loved this story of wedding designer Lexi LaCroix and bad boy stuntman Jax Chamberlin. Both of the main characters were great, they had scorching chemistry, and I enjoyed watching them fall for one another. I liked the storyline, and am looking forward to more by this author.
