What Members Thought
Winter by Marissa Meyer is the fourth and final book in The Lunar Chronicles series. Winter continues on where readers last left off with our main characters Cinder, Scarlett, and Cress while telling readers more about the character of Winter. Winter is a character in the series who readers have seen on and off throughout a good portion of the novels but for the first time she is taking on a main character role. Winter is a princess admired by the people regardless of the facial scars that have

I just love this series!
It is so well written, and it is impossible not to love these characters! I have to say that Cress and Captain Thorne are my favorite, but they are all great. Even though Winter was 823 pages, I found myself flying through it, because Marissa Meyer kept me on the edge of my seat, which is something that all readers can appreciate. Such a great conclusion to an all around great series! This was so much fun, and it definitely has something for everyone! Highly recommend th ...more

Spoiler free review! (Even if you haven't read Cinder) You will be warned before the tiniest of spoilers!
I am the oddball. Again. Everyone loved this book. Except me. I LOVED this series! It's one of my favorites! I had such high expectations for this book! I was disappointed.
I'm glad I read Winter and it was a quick enough read, but it wasn't great or amazing like I hoped. Iko's first POV chapter was terrific! And there were a few good moments, (especially between Winter and Jacin) But it wasn ...more

That was brilliant, Marisa Meyer captured the very essence of the glorious childhood stories in this beautiful series, and Winter was 800 pages piling up to be a fucking blast.
I'm gonna go ahead and break-down the entire series.
In the very start, with Cinder, I was so not liking the damn book, I mean, it wasn't that great, but then I had bought Cinder and Scarlet both of them in a sale, so I had to read Scarlet cuz I hate it when there's a bought-book-waste situation. And on top of that, I had a ...more

I have no words to explain how good this book was. It was absolutely amazing. I just can't wrap my head around how an author can write a book as amazing as Winter was and as amazing as that whole series was. I loved it so much and wish there was so much more.

A WHOLE YEAR! ;(
I really don't want this series to be over because its one of my all time favorite series but how are we suppose to wait a entire year!
Marissa Meyer:
This book will feature Snow White and the seven drawfs.
Or
This book with feature Winter and the seven guards!
