Lauren Oliver never disappoints. This was a full on action book. I loved the feeling of it, the aerie atmosphere, and the relationships between the characters were well built. Panic is a dangerous game and the winner gets money, lots of it. Its illegal, its only for seniors and it will keep you on your toes. It surely kept me up at night, its such a page turner. Challenge after challenge, i devoured this book not knowing who i was rooting for, Heather or Dodge, but loving in nonetheless. ♥

Disappointment.

Such a major one.

Here's why:

1) The competition itself is so unrealistic. Teenagers are going around, practically killing themselves in these challenges, and yet the police don't know anything about it. So real, right? People dying, left and right-- nope, that's a normal thing at Carp.

This was my first Lauren Oliver novel, and I love her writing style. It's so easy, so effortless, and completely drew me in. Panic was definitely an enjoyable read.

Panic is a split-perspective between Heather and Dodge, but both are in third person. I wouldn't describe it as a love story (even though there are several romantic threads), which made it quite refreshing. I've heard some people say the summary makes Panic sound like The Hunger Games, but they're nothing like each other. Panic is abo

It wasn't anything like I thought it was going to be. I like that. :)
So yeah, Heather was pretty cool. I seriously thought everything was going to be different with her and who she ended up with, but I was suprised that, by half way through, it was not how I thought it would be, and I actually liked that. ^_^ So yeah, obviously, I liked this, mostly because of the interesting characters (very relateable and real) and the fact that it was nothing like I thought it was going to be <3

This was such a cute and romantic, but action-y story! I loved it! I wish there was more to it though because I want it to just keep going! It was that great!
