Halter advocates that Christ followers be the church. The church is not a just a building, but people. People are not seeking doctrine, but they are “looking for a God with skin on.” He also advocates bi-vocational ministry. His present church does not have any full-time pastors. Recommended for public libraries. Also recommended for academic libraries with Christianity collections.
