World Book Club With Michelle

An international book club run by host Michelle from London. Real world in Sicily, Vienna and Sussex since 2016 but have been held online since March 2020. Small selected groups of no more than 3 people gather to share thoughts and reflections about selected books. The books are nominated and selected by the members each month, followed by the host arranging a fun, non academic style discussion with prompts to support natural and inclusive informal discussions that are as involved as you wish th An international book club run by host Michelle from London. No tests or heavy discussions here.

English not your first language? You can participate in the native speakers book club or if you feel less able, then you can join a group where there is an English lesson during and after the book club to develop your language in a practical way with full language support from Teacher Michelle - a highly experienced bilingual teacher (BSc, MSc, CELTA).

These virtual book clubs are offered to everyone around the world. There are no judgements here about your level of reading or how much you wish to speak in the book clubs.

Different groups for different reading preferences & reading speeds due to ability or time restrictions that life imposes. Once a month for people who like to read about different cultures, biographies as fiction, books set abroad or translated books from international writers. No heavy crime, horror or chic lit here.
Also a book club for a lighter read and time restricted members to read shorter stories.

£7.50 membership fee - open to international members with full language support
