New-York Historical Society Reading Into History

This summer families dig into the 1960 Pulitzer-prize winning To Kill a Mockingbird, written by Harper Lee. Co-presented by N-YHS’s Reading into History family book club and Facing History & Ourselves, kids and their grown ups will read the novel and participate in an online conversation hosted by educators from both institutions, which will consist of prompt questions, historical context and artifacts.
