Connors book club

[close] look man this is just a group to talk about books I guess the only rule is you cant bring any soy with you. John is allergic, and he always forgets his epi-pens. I don't want to call an ambulance for him again. He wasn't happy about it the first time. ambulances are pretty expensive and with the recent debt he gained from gambling on the local Indian reservation he's not in the best place financially. I told him to stop but he insisted on how lucky he is, but if you're born with a soy allergen you can't be all that lucky. I digress, John's financial issues, as well as his unlucky geans, isn't really my business. I just can't help but worry for him, he had a rough upbringing and has an addictive personality. Luckily he got addicted to books instead thanks to this wonderful club. I can only pray he doesn't go down a path that leads him away from this club. he's such an important member. so the only rule is don't bring soy and don't bring up the gambling issue with john. (it's a soft spot right now). that is all
