Yes, but I liked Jacob Kell from the 4th movie, too!

53121 Have you read "The Contest"? Not a Scarecrow story, but fun, nevertheless.

53121 Ëxcavation is with the lost inca and the deadly Inquisition order. I liked the main character - a young guy from Texas and an Irish lady.

53121 Painter is my fave too, although I have read only "The Black Order". But I really liked the characters from "Excavation" (standalone adventure).

53121 The blond killers from "The Black Order"! Really cool villains, stylish and chilling!

53121 I'm reading the latest Shannara novel. Interesting book, but could have been better. In my opinion Terry Brooks needs a break.

53121 It's an awesome novel, but be sure that you don't have work to do - or you will leave it unfinished. The book is that interesting.
Lady, yes, I know that you are a fellow SRG fan!

I was tempted to leave the cinema and I was invited on the premiere...

53121 As a kid, I enjoyed the Tarzan novels and the stories of Emilio Salgari.

53121 I have discovered him as an author this year and I am very impressed. He has great adventure novels. They are action-packed, but never mindless and are full with great ideas. I am very happy that I found his books!

53121 He is cool. I have read "The Contest", "Ice Station" and "Hover Car Racer". Good, over the top old school action :-)

53121 Anything by Simon R. Green. I particularly liked "Blue Moon Rising", which tells the story of a demon invasion and "Man with the Golden Torc" - great mix between fantasy and action thriller.

53121 The Deathstalker series by Simon R. Green is very good. Over the top space opera with extremely bloody battles and very powerful characters and monsters.

53121 I must also say that "Phantoms" by Dean Koontz is a great novel. I also liked "Dark fall" by the same author and "Terminal Freeze" by Lincoln Child.

53121 I just finished "Excavation" by James Rollins. Awesome novel. I have reviewed it in the site.

53121 My favorite YA books are the "Percy Jackson" novels by Rick Riordan. They are brilliant! James Rollins has also written a great YA novel, "Jake Ransom". You may also like "Hover Car Racer" by Matthew Reilley and "Alex Rider".

53121 IMO a horrible movie. Lame and dull gorefest.

53121 One cool YA action movie - Stormbreaker. Not essential, but fun.
