390 Love this show, but I agree with those who say that the girlfriend needs to go. Now she's got the ...well, don't want to spoil it for those who aren't up to that point. I don't even really understand what's going on with that, but for me it's like, let's move on already.

390 I'm reading Dragon Bound (Elder Races, #1) by Thea Harrison though work is getting in the way of reading time … BWAH Also trying to read snippets of Cesar's Rules: Your Way to Train a Well-Behaved Dog for my to-be well-behaved dog :)

Off-topic, Jaime, (too!) but what brand do you like? I'm gluten intolerant. I remember having cider in Scotland :P Maybe you've found a yummy one!
390 Michelle, you'll be set for awhile :)

390 I know, I was bummed, too! We usually DVR and watch it as a family Monday night.

Supernatural's awesome! You'll love it. The guys are hot and they have such a great brotherly relationship. Plus there's monsters :)
390 Yeah, Chelle, I loved that, too! But poor August. I' already jonesing to start the new season!
390 So glad to hear there will be another season! We'll watch the season ender tonight. Can't wait! And then I can, because...it will be over for a while! But I've got a bunch of Grimms and 2 Supernaturals to keep me going.

This really is an awesome show. Very imaginative and not too confusing (like LOST).

390 If you like a little romance in your series, try Ilona Andrews. They put more romance in their Edge series, but there's lots of chemistry in the Kate Daniels series, too.

390 Finally getting to read Fate's Edge (The Edge, #3) by Ilona Andrews! I'm about halfway in and love it so far. Kaldar's such a fun bad boy :)

That same thing happened to me with Supernatural! I was so mad.

And speaking of, what brainiac decided to put Grimm in the same time slot as Supernatural?

I too figured the creature people know he's a Grimm because he reacts to them. I'm a few shows behind.

LOL, I figured that. I've watched a few episodes so far and have DVR'd all but the first. Which I missed. Argh.

Totally agree, Lakyah, I was thinking the same thing: it'd be nice to have seen Nick and his girl meet. It's the romantics in us, right? But I did think she knew about his Grimmness.

390 Hi, all! Just wanted to share that I've got a novella out from Avon called The Darkness Within:

Tucker has always known he was different. But he's learned to control the Darkness within him, to keep his inner wolf at bay, as long as he doesn't fall in love. And that shouldn't be a problem because he hasn't seen his one true love since he was a teenager.

Del needs help, desperately. And the only person she can rely on happens to be the one man she knows she shouldn't seek out. Tucker's fierce protective instincts have scared her before, but she has to take the risk.

Together again, the love they struggled so long to forget rushes back stronger than ever. The temptation to give in is high, but it could cost them everything. And when Tucker's wolf is unleashed, will they be able to save themselves?

Today, March 29th, you can comment and win a paperback copy at http://bookmonsterreviews.blogspot.co....

390 I vote for resurrect. If you developed any connections with publishers or authors, you can revisit them and they'll be able to find you/remember you easier. Good luck!

I agree, Sarah. I've got such limited reading time, so like to jump around to different authors. And I tend to think that series can get stale after a bit, if the author gets into a rut. But I know there are wonderful authors who don't do that, too. And that being said, it seems a lot of readers like dependability. They know they're going to get A, B, and C.

390 I've just finished Halflings (Halflings, #1) by Heather Burch and really enjoyed it. This is a friend's debut book, a neat take on the angel mythos, YA. Tons of action and a love triangle and guys who are half angel, half human. Yum!

And now I turn to the TBR stack and get to choose...::Fingers waggling, LOL::
390 I agree, Michelle, the affair between Mary Margaret and David makes me uncomfortable. Moreso, though, David is such a wimp. I know they want to drag things out, but they're losing my interest in him. He's cheating, but still pretending to make things work with the wife. Finally (how do you do those spoiler hiders? Love that!) **Spoiler if you're behind!** he gets the cohones to end things and then loses them by lying to MM. Argh.

Rumple is deliciously evil, and yet we see his soft side, too. The perfect villain.

390 I like that the wereguy *should* be an enemy but ends up helping. Bromance??? MM, I must have missed something, LOL
390 I used to go to my local library all the time. Then we moved, and even though there's a branch down the road, for some reason I don't go there much. I was just thinking about this recently. Mostly I would get books for research, though, and maybe I'm finding what I need online more. But I do miss perusing the shelves...
