30999 Neat theory. I'm gonna have to ponder a bit. I liked KMMs new website and in one part she put that while the MacKeltar were in Scotland the unseelie prison was falling apart everytime they used dark magic. No one looked outside Scotland to see what was happening to the rest of the world. (I'll try to find her words, they're better than mine!) but I wouldn't be surprised to see Dani is somehow connected.

30999 Ooh how is Dani related to Grimm's book?

The Fever series is...there are no words. In fact, I don't even think I wrote reviews for any of the books in the series as there is soo much going on I had trouble getting out what I wanted to say. All of the books were fantastic (even with the craptastic cliffhangers KMM left us with in Fae- and Dream- fever). I really actually threw Faefever against the wall...tore the dust jacket and left a dent in the drywall...the hubby was less than thrilled :)
But it is such an amazing story that Mac Lane is telling...she's going through so much and we only got to see a tiny glimpse of it with the Highlander series.
whew...I think I just wrote you a novel instead of a comment :)

30999 If you like the Fever series at all, read her Highlanders-the cross overs will make more sense that way...and all the foreshadowing in Spell of the Highlander is great!

30999 I agree :) and you are in for a treat with Daegus!

30999 I think it depends what type of Historical fiction you prefer. Me? I love Highlanders :D
But if you're looking for something more like the elegance of the Regency, go with Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake best Historical of the year, IMO.
