I loved this book and series. Night Reigns (Immortal Guardians, #2) by Dianne Duvall was my favorite because Mirren was HOT

29900 @Tracy, Anita Blake is still good in Book 5...but I've heard stories about promiscuity later. So far, she hasn't even had sex yet

29900 Ok. So bad and good lines were a little blurred. But a satisfying ending.

I've been putting it off for that same reason. I wanted to read Aeron's book, so I bought it...but I have to read things in order, but Sabin was not really engaging to me.
I will take your word on it and give him a try.

But I have to tell you, it will be hard to top Lucien & Reyes.

Abby Obviously I am stalking you. Read that book or I may pop in your window. Just know it gets better with each book!!!

29900 The Darkest Pleasure was sooo good. I have been wanting Reyes and Danika's book since Book 1 when they met. you just knew their story would be an emotional, angst filled one! It is a great follow up to book 2, The Darkest Kiss because I LOVED Lucien and Anya. I am almost scared to read Book 4 because I just haven't connected with Sabin like the prior lords. I am almost tempted to skip to book 5 and see what's up with Aeron, but I don't like to read out of order.

the writing got better with each book. Each hero and heroine is different. The revelation of the betrayer in book 3 was quite interesting. Now they have a face to the enemy within

So far, Gabriel Emerson is an asshat, a drunk asshat, a confused, conflicted asshat
